Absolutely! We have a forum on our website for all our Charism Coaching students moderated by Jill and our Community Manager.
You will also have bi-weekly Zoom calls with all your fellow students and Jill to ask questions and go deeper into the material.
Our Administrative Assistant and Community Manager are available to answer your technical questions on a daily basis and there will also be time to ask technical questions during your bi-weekly Zoom meetings.
For this cohort, the live calls will be on first and third Tuesdays at 10am CST starting October 6, 2026. You are not required to attend all calls in person, but you are required to view the replay for calls you miss.
Even if you can not attend classes at these times, you are still able to enroll in certification.

The training is 6 months long. The first four months you will be working through new bi-weekly modules and taking a brief quiz to show your mastery, attending bi-weekly Zooms, and completing homework assignments given during class.
The final 2 months of the program are focused on completing your practicum and going through the discernment process with a coaching client.
You will have full access to the whole training as soon as you enroll, and once class starts we ask that you stay current with us in order to contribute to the bi-weekly Zoom call.
To successfully complete the program you do need to complete all coursework prior to certification.
We ask that all students be already professionally certified coaches or spiritual directors or are currently engaged in certification to become one.
All the course materials - the bi-weekly video trainings, worksheets, call recordings, and additional resources - are available in your training portal accessed through your login on ManyPartsMinistries.com.
You will have immediate access to the Certification modules, but some elements of your program, such as your Assessment Results Dashboard access and class chat, will be added just prior to class starting or during classes.
You will have lifetime access to both your coaching program and the call recordings from your cohort.
You will also have access to any updates we make to the course in the future.
There is less than 1 hour of instruction and homework per week with about 5 additional hours of instruction total on the individual charisms that can be distributed however you wish through your 6 months. There is also a one hour live call every two weeks. In practicum (last two months) you will have to do 3 1-hourish meetings with your practicum client and whatever time you need to write up your experiences after the fact.
The only other costs are the individual uses of the charism assessment, which most people mark up and charge to their clients, and you receive at a discounted rate of $6.99/assessment.
If you want to continue your Assessment Results Dashboard access after your one year subscription the cost is $99/year. This is not required, but some coaches do find it very helpful.
