This certification is for people already working as coaches or spiritual director professionally. This training will not certify you to become a coach if you are not one already, but it will certify you in an additional tool to use in your coaching.

Absolutely! We have a forum on our website for all our Charism Coaching students moderated by Jill and our Community Manager.
You will also have bi-weekly Zoom calls with all your fellow students and Jill to ask questions and go deeper into the material.
Our Administrative Assistant and Community Manager are available to answer your technical questions on a daily basis and there will also be time to ask technical questions during your bi-weekly Zoom meetings.
For this cohort, the live calls will either be at 10am CST on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, or 1pm CST on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.
If there are less than 15 people enrolled we will pick one of those times that works best for most people or alternate between the two each month.
If we have more than 15 people enrolled, we will make both meeting times available.
You will get a reminder email the morning of every live call.
The training is 6 months long. The first four months you will be working through new bi-weekly modules and taking a brief quiz to show your mastery, attending bi-weekly Zooms, and completing homework assignments given during class.
The final 2 months of the program are focused on completing your practicum and going through the discernment process with a coaching client.
There will be new modules released every other Friday beginning on March 1, 2024, and we ask that you stay current with us in order to contribute to the bi-weekly Zoom call.
To successfully complete the program you do need to complete all coursework prior to certification.
We ask that all students be already professionally certified coaches or spiritual directors or are currently engaged in certification to become one.
All the course materials - the bi-weekly video trainings, worksheets, call recordings, and additional resources - are available in your training portal accessed through your login on ManyPartsMinistries.com.
No materials will be available, even in your portal, until the course officially starts on March 1, 2024.
You will have lifetime access to both your coaching program and the call recordings from your cohort.
You will also have access to any updates we make to the course in the future.
There is less than 1 hour of instruction and homework per week with about 5 additional hours of instruction total on the individual charisms that can be distributed however you wish through your 6 months. There is also a one hour live call every two weeks. In practicum (last two months) you will have to do 3 1-hourish meetings with your practicum client and whatever time you need to write up your experiences after the fact.
The only other costs are the individual uses of the charism assessment, which most people mark up and charge to their clients, and you receive at a discounted rate of $6.99/assessment.
We will also be launching an optional ongoing charism learning subscription just for grads and ministry leaders in parishes using our program later this summer that will likely be $6-$8/mo should you want to participate in ongoing formation.
